The room was very spacious and clean. The cleaner were very jolly to say good morning each time we go for break fast even though we were non Spanish (black) that made us comfortable. The receptionist were incredibly helpful with explaining directions, transports which aids unnecessary spending on taxi. Hotel location was perfect for us not too busy like in the city center which enable us to walk out-skits of the hotel, up to the beach peacefully. The bus stop was almost in front of the Hotel and coming back we took a bus to the airport which was straight forward based on the receptionist advice and it was only £2 without traffic!.we got to the airport in time.

Hotellin osa henkilökunnasta oli asiakaspalveluhenkisiä ja osa ei. Aamupala oli pettymys, mm. paistetut kananmunat lämmitettiin mikrossa eikä henkilökunta aamiaselma ollut kovin asiakaspalvelu alttiita.

nur eine steckdose im zimmer! toilettentür kann man nicht schliessen.

Hyvä

Aamiainen oli huono. Liian vähän ruokalajeja. Hotelli siisti ja hyvä hintalaatu-suhde. Hyvä terassi hotellin edessä ja ruoka ja palvelu terassille hyvää.

Disappointing

This did not feel like a 3 star hotel more like a 1-2 star hotel. Firstly, the rooms are extremely outdated and beds are very springy. The furniture looks like it's from the 90's. Heating did not work so we found ourselves waking up freezing, reception said they can't do anything about it and we should request more blankets. Hairdryer did not work. Breakfast is disgusting hence being free. Location is okay. We had two rooms and both were a huge letdown, the only positive were the cleaners they did a thorough job everyday for both our rooms. Will not be recommending.

Nice hotel outside of Barcelona citycenter

Hotel was nice, but far from Barcelona citycenter. It will take about 30-40min to get to the center by bus or train. It was perfect for an older couple like us. Very peaceful location, close to grocery stores and restaurants. New shopping mall only 5min walk away. There is also a water activity park very close. If you are in Spain to enjoy the heat, swimming and food but not too eager to stay in the heart of the city, we would recommend this hotel to you.
