Our stay was good. The property is under renovation so there were some minor issues but nothing that would keep us from coming back. The breakfast was excellent. Customer service was excellent.

Shower head plumbing was very unstable. We couldn’t adjust the water flow for fear the pipe would break. Only one elevator and the working one quit for about 20 minutes.

Knock Knock

Overall good stay, no complaints with condition of room or cleanliness. But, who I assume was housekeeping was knocking on door at 9 am and when I answered she didn't say who she was but asked if we were checking out then proceeded to ask what time we were checking out. Flabbergasted that check out is 12 yet someone is rushing and questioning when i will be leaving.
