Family Extended Weekend
Large extended family in for a wedding at the Barnegat Lighthouse. House and property was great. Location to beach was one block. Host was accommodating, allowed us to arrive early and leave later. Although we did not use the grill, I'm not sure why there were no steak knives available in either kitchen, we could not find any. Also, it would have been nice to keep the doors or windows open this time of year to allow fresh air, but none had any screens. Not sure why that was either but not a deal breaker. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

Great location
Our group had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s property. Very spacious, clean, and just a short walking distance to the beach. The location is also convenient because there’s a lot of stores nearby if you need to pick up any necessities. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend!

Best Spacious Place in LBI!!!
Such a big house! And beautifully kept! We had 18 of us there for a Bachelorette weekend and everyone slept on a bed with room to spare. Would definitely recommend for big groups and will keep this place in mind for any other big group events I may be a part of in the future.

Beachgiving
We celebrated an early Thanksgiving with our family this weekend, and this home was perfect for us! The upstairs kitchen table has two leaves and there are folding chairs in the downstairs closet. We had plenty of room to eat at one table (16 of us). The rooms were clean and spacious. An easy walk to the beach and lots of outdoor decks only made the stay better! Can't wait to return!

Group of 3 families with adult children stayed for a wedding weekend. Great house, loved the rooftop deck. Plenty of rooms. Everything from check in to check out super easy. Great location to beach bay and many places to grab a bite.

October Large Gathering
We gathered (14) from multiple states across the country for a specific family purpose and relaxation. The house has multiple large levels, and thus, we never felt crowded or uncomfortable. This was the first time we all congregated at LBI in October. The weather changed from very warm to cool, and the house handled both settings very well. Again we were comfortable.

Great house in a perfect location!
Stayed for a family wedding in LBI. Very convenient location with a deli and coffee shop under less than a block away. House was beautiful with a roof deck that has both ocean and bay views. Would highly recommend!

Great time at this house
Nice clean house with lot of living space for a big group. Comfortable furniture. Plenty of light on 2nd and 3rd floor. The location is great. One block away from beach. The host is nice and communicated well with us. The only problems we noticed: there is no jacuzzi on rooftop although pics depicted it. And basic amenities could be provided like toilet papers , hand soap. Overall it was a great house. We had great time.

Jersey Shore Wedding
We filled Jennifer’s house with family in town for the wedding of our son. The house is sooooo big….plenty of room to spread out, not to mention the wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms. I heard it over and over, this place is so big we need a map! It was late winter, so we didn’t get talitane advantage of the outside spaces….rooftop and multiple balconies. We hope to come back during the summer months some day.

Nice place... had some issues.
The property was as described, clean, spacious and convenient. Jennifer the property manager was excellent, as she was accommodating, timely and clear with her communication. Our 2 night stay was enjoyable despite a couple of electrical issues. At first the breaker for the master bedroom kept tripping, so it had to be reset a couple times. On the second day we experienced sporadic flickering of lights/electricity on the top floor (main floor). It wasn't a big deal, until later on that night around 10pm, while watching AFC Wild Card game the top floor lost most power (internet, cable/TV, living area lights, main refrigerator). We checked other TVs on the property and all of them were out. Put a bit of a damper on our Saturday night. Power didn't come back on until approximately 2AM. A bit pricey for smaller parties. Other than that everything else went smooth. Nice property.

Beautiful House but there are details to be aware of
Hello, This was a beautiful property. Overall, it was perfect for hosting our family for the holiday weekend we got together. There were 6 families that stayed there and then several more who joined us for meals and the space allowed for such a large group. The rooms were also perfect sizes - as we had multiple children who loved the bunk beds but it also allowed the parents to sleep elsewhere. No one was forced to sleep on a couch. The house is split into three floors - a kitchen in the bottom floor and a large kitchen on the top floor. For some reason, the large dining room table is set on the second floor, which really didn't make much sense. We ended up never using it because we had several older people in our group who could not continuously go up and down the stairs. There are plenty of cutlery, pots, pans, plates, cups. Basically enough to cook and serve an entire turkey and ham dinner for 20+ people. We did have some issues. There was mold over the door of one of the top floor bathrooms - the wall paint was literally separating from the wall and there was a leak. The dishwasher downstairs also leaked. We learned that you can't use the sink next next it while running the dishwasher. We also had to provide our own soap and toilet paper and we never used the towels because the guest is responsible for washing and folding them, so we brought our own. The other hang up was that we had to make and strip the beds. The sheets were folded next to the bed. This was confusing because the cleaning crew has to wash the sheets and fold them so why not do the same for the towels. Anyway, Jennifer was very communicative. We did let her know about the issues we spotted and she acknowledged them. She also allowed us to check in early and check out late. It's a great house for hosting a large family get together. Just a little weird for how many chores and items we had to provide for how much the cleaning fee was.

It's a good size house for a large group. Probably very nice in the summer given its location to the beach and a lot of shops and restaurants. It's kinda boring though. Like a bland hotel room, but worse in that there is zero ambiance at all. Also, there are no basic supplies for the house. Need toilet paper or paper towels or generic soap and shampoo? You gotta buy it yourself. Instructions are to clean everything and wash towels before you leave, but you have to supply your own dishwashing soap and laundry deturgent to do so. Just seems worse than the most bare-bones AirBnB I've stayed at. Otherwise it was fine.

Wedding weekend rental
The owner was fabulous and let us do a late check out of 12:00. She was very responsive when we contacted her. The house fit our needs for the wedding weekend in October. However the beds can use new mattresses. My rating of 3 was because of the mattresses. other than that it would be a 5 star rating.

Well Equipped
A very nice house with a well equipped primary kitchen and nice kitchenette. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. We were six 60-something adult couples (each of whom had their own king or queen BR) & 3 single adults. There was plenty of room, especially with the 3 LR areas. Only 2 ensuites, but all 6 bathrooms are very nice with roomy showers. Great location with one block access to the beach and lots of shops around, including Rita's right next door which, unfortunately, was closed for the season. The roof deck with hot tub was great. The hot tub takes a bit to heat up if it cools off (which it does easily in October) but we still enjoyed it. The biggest drawback was the lack of an elevator with the main kitchen being on the 3rd floor, but it wasn't as bad as we feared. The only reason we will not return next year is if we gain another couple or two, which is possible.

Wedding weekend
We were in town for a family wedding at Hotel LBI. The house was clean and close to so many things. Jennifer was amazing with communicating with us. She became the shining star of the weekend when she let us check in a little early and check out a little late. That rarely happens when renting a place and Jennifer was so accommodating. Our stay was a little distributed with the storms from Hurricane Ivan but it left us wanting to come back to use all of the features the house had to offer!! Great place to load up a bunch of friends or family!!

Late Summer Fun
The house easily accommodated 12-15 people. The setup is a bit unusual as the main kitchen is on the third floor. Once we established that, the whole gang could gather there. We went off-season and there were still shops and restaurants open most of the time. It’s only a block from the gorgeous beach. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
