This place is a DUMP! The toilet seat was broken and “patched” up. Broken tiles in the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere in the room. The room needed a serious paint job. Old furniture, uncomfortable beds and gross carpet that’s not even laid flat. The room was stifling hot even though I turned the heat off. It was an ice storm outside but I was tempted to turn the AC on. The only plus was that the sheets and towels were clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Great seevice
We arrived late at night due to late start traveling and weather conditions. Upon arrival the young woman on duty was very pleasant and gave exceptional service in making my check in very easy and memorable. She was one of the nicest staff I have ever encountered and I feel that she is a very good representative of your brand. She possesses charm intelligence and humor. I would like to see her progress into management if the is her dream as d she would be excellent at it

I ended up with a free upgrade and staff were so nice and friendly. I got upgraded to a suite and found the tv in the suite didnt work. I talked to the front desk staff who ended up bringing me a new tv 10 minutes later.

The room was terrible. There were stains on everything from mattress to carpet.The breakfast was terrible. We threw it away and went elsewhere for breakfast. We had stayed there several times before @ liked it. I don't know if it is old or new management but we have no plans to stay there again. On the plus side the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Check-in was quick and staff very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Hot breakfast was tasty. Always enjoy our stay here. Only thing we miss are the hot tubs which have been sadly decommissioned.

Mattresses were hard, there was dry waded hair in the shower, lamp’s didn’t work, plugs in the bathroom were broken and I couldn’t use them to dry my hair, and it took several minutes for the water to get hot but it never really got HOT. Breakfast eggs were from powder and there was a call off the first morning, so the front desk staff was cooking and she said she didn’t know what she was doing and it showed! BUT, she was a very sweet lady. Not happy w my stay!

Only stayed for 1 night as a halfway point between home and my final destination both ways. It was good. The room was exactly what I paid for and everything was clean. Continental breakfast was included. First day it was fine, second day we stayed, the person running breakfast didn't seem to know what to do. Things were empty and she was asking guests what we wanted out. Otherwise, we will probably stay here again.
