Receptionist was lovely but the rest of the staff were ok, not particularly helpful. To be honest they seemed quite stretched & trying to cover too much. No water bottle left in the room & no wee extras at all which even in a 2* 3* hotel is always nice.

Brilliant stay. The room was very comfy. The hotel was very accommodating, I had an early flight, and they had my room ready by 11am even though check in was at 3pm. And as I had a late flight, they let me stay an hour longer after check out without any issues. A few negatives: they had some maintenance issues - water was turned off from 11-3pm on my day of departure (which luckily didn’t impact me but may to some people). I had no toilet roll when I first came in (but was easily remedied). Other than this, the room was nice and warm and the bed was very comfortable. Staff lovely and helpful.

Very friendly staff but bedroom (executive room) was a little outdated (especially bathroom which desperately needed painted). Mattress was unsupportive and felt worn. Poor sleep

The staff was so friendly and wonderful. But housekeeping was not good at all. Also, there was a dog outside of the hotel that barked all night long and lots of people partying that you can hear. Great location and staff but not great for a family stay.
