The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
Oh my gosh, this was a great find. Youâre an hour from Yellowstone, and your cabin has privacy with a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains in the distance. We met the hosts, Jay and Nicole, who were a blast, but never bothered us.
Thatâs the good news. The bad news really isnât bad, itâs more âfunnyâ.
The cabin itself has no running water (or sink), though there is running water available at the nearby âsolarâ shower. So, that was no problem. Neither was the toilet, for me, which was outside the cabin. The boss (my wife of many decades) had to walk about 50 feet to an outside porta-potty. And thatâs what made this stay so fun and complete.
She had so much fun calling her girlfriends, after a few glasses of wine, about how she had to suffer using a porta-potty.
Weâll never forget the fun we had spending two nights spent in that beautiful, isolated one room cabin in Montana.
