Wonderful stay! Hotel was very clean and the gentlemen at the front desk were so helpful. They spoke great English and were always willing to help us with things we didn’t understand. Showers were great . Would stay again!

Its an okayish hotel. I felt I paid more than the worth of hotel. Few negative things were: 1. The hotel was always understaffed. Room service was essentially minimal. There was no staff to move luggage from toom during checkout or to bring bottled water in the room 2. Furniture was broken which I felt was a safety issue. Pros 1. location in in city center 2. Staff tried to help as much as they could 3. Breakfast was good

An excellent stay in every way - lovely, newly refurbished pub with rooms which were quiet, comfortable and well stocked - situated in a great part of London. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Guests staying here gave a separate entrance o get to their rooms after hours

The location of the property is excellent. It is in the heart of the old city. The buffet breakfasts are very good. There are many native dishes that are on the buffet that are delicious. Also, the hotel is recently renovated so the rooms have modern bathrooms with showers instead of bathtubs. Things that are negative: the rooms are rather small, the rooms are not equipped with an iron and ironing board, or amenities such as shampoo or conditioner. Overall, I rate the hotel a 4 out of 5.

Great Hotel
I had an excellent weekend's stay at this hotel in Belgrade. The hotel is perfectly located close to almost anything you'd wish to see in the city. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (providing maps and city info, arranging airport taxis, breaking large banknotes into smaller ones), the room very comfortable (and equally as importantly, very quiet) and a great breakfast too. I'll certainly be returning next time I'm in Belgrade.
