Mountain bike trip to Bentonville
The location of the house could not have been better…5 minutes from a great mountain bike trail that connects to a whole system of trails. Having tons of common areas, six bedrooms and an EPIC view of the lake were all bonuses. We will rent this house again next time we visit. Host and managers were very responsive to a single need we had.

Lakefront retreat
This was a great location for our family to gather. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own bedroom and bath. The landscaping was beautiful with walkways that made access to the lake easy. The large screened room was our favorite gathering spot. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. We would definitely rent again.

Perfect Lake House for our family
This is the perfect family lake home, well laid out, and perfect for swimming, boating, kayaking, and fishing. A screened in boat house and two docks along a 50 yard beachfront, a gaming area with a basketball goal, plenty of parking, three sitting rooms, two kitchens, six bedrooms, and two kitchen areas make this more than enough to entertain large families or groups. We will definitely return. Thanks Larry for being so accommodating during the storm and power outage.

Fun Filled Friends and Family Weekend
We had a great stay at Larry's property. This house is very large and plenty of room. Lots of outdoor space with plenty of seating. The dock area is very nice as is the boathouse. We say in there one evening and had drinks while the kids fished. It was nice not having to fight the bugs. The kayaks and paddle boards were great additions and the kids and adults really enjoyed using these. The dock area is great for wading and swimming. We brought our ropes and everyone who was on a raft tied up and it was perfect. We had our cooler, speaker and beautiful weather. We could not have asked for more. The house is close to Bentonville, about 15 minutes. If I had one thing to note, is that the driveway is very steep. So drive down with caution. But we loved it all and everyone had a wonderful trip. Thank you!

Bella Vista Bliss
The perfect spot for a large family gathering. We had a wonderful time cooking, watching a movie, fire pit, horseshoes, dining - all together. The property also had lots of room for private spots - reading, swinging, sitting on the dock, paddle boards, napping. Very convenient to grocery and gas and all the sites in Bentonville. Such a gorgeous home. So much room. Gorgeous views. Great owners and communication. Top pick for the Bella Vista/Bentonville area.

Labor Day Golf Weekend
This house is just HUGE! 6 BR's and 3 LR's was more than enough for our party of 8 (4 couples). We originally had 5 couples, but one had to cancel due to illness. House would have easily handled another couple with room to spare! And the grounds were spectacular! Lots of landscaping, parking and the boathouse was a gem. Took turns paddle boarding and kayaking in the quiet cove with no wake. I would have given 5 stars except for a few minor issues with housekeeping. On arrival, some of the bath towels appeared to have been put away wet and had a mildew smell. Also some of the dishes appeared to be dirty. We did not let that stop us from enjoying the Labor Day weekend. We washed the towels and dishes and proceeded to have a wonderful time. And most importantly - we would stay here again.

WONDERFUL Property for a large group!!
We had a Family Reunion with adults, teens and children and the home was large enough to comfortably handle all of us. The waterfront beach, docks, kayaks and stand-up-paddle boards were very popular with all! The home is on a quiet cove and is very convenient to grocery stores and a variety of other stores. We’ll definitely rent this home again!

Guys Golf Trip
8 retired guys for a golf trip. House is huge allowing 8 of us to sleep in separate beds. Great Lake view and close to all of the Bella Vista golf courses. Grocery store & restaurants close by.

This is a beautiful place with plenty of space for family and friends. We fished and relaxed watching movies in one of the many living rooms. The owner was very nice and always responded to any questions we had. We will be back again. Thanks for letting us stay.

This place is absolutely amazing. One if not the best shoreline on the lake. Amazing beds and amenities. Was great for me and my buddies for our yearly biking trip. If you’re biking by you can ride right out of the driveway. A+++

Girls Trip to Bentonville
We have 10 women who take an annual girls trip. This year, we wanted to go to see Crystal Bridges in Bentonville, Arkansas. This Lake house was perfect for our gathering . It was spacious and the setting on the lake was beautiful. The house was clean with clear directions and tons of communication beforehand. We would stay here again.

Excellent family reunion
For the first time in two years, we all gathered in the area near where some of our family members reside. Coming from three other states, the house is ideally suited for multiple living/play areas for various age group interests, both inside and out. Set up and hospitality was easy and flawless as owner Larry was helpful and very responsive. We'd love to do it again someday.

Perfect Lake Vacation
Stayed here with 9 adults and had a wonderful weekend. The house was very spacious and could have easily accommodated more people. There was so much to do on the property that we never really had a reason to leave. Owner was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. We all can't wait to come back again!

Simply the best
This is the 4th time our cycling group has stayed at this property. It is perfect for the size of our group as the accommodations are ample. The house is extremely large, which allows people to spread out. So many rooms that are large enough for everyone to enjoy time conversing and/or to get away from each other for a short time. The amenities are plentiful. We've taken full advantage of the fire pit near the lake during the evenings; it is one of the many great features. The decks on the main and lower floors are an excellent opportunity to spend time outdoors with a great view of the lake and landscape. The property is extremely close to many of the trail systems in Northwest Arkansas. In particular, we can ride directly from the house to the trail in about 8 minutes. Additionally, the location is nearby to several other excellent trails, which can be reached in 20-30 minutes. Furthermore, the property owner is an amazing person. He provides all the information one could need to make it an enjoyable stay. Our group originally scheduled our stay in February, but a severe snow storm hit the Bella Vista area and it would have been extremely poor mountain biking conditions not to mention accessing the property as I don't believe the city/town of Bella Vista doesn't has snow removal equipment and would not be able to reach the property in time. We reached out to the property owner the day before our arrival date and he worked diligently with us to reschedule to a more suitable time. That was a very generous offer. We will definitely be back...highly recommended. This would also be a great place to have a decent-sized family reunion or get-away with extended family. If you're a golfer, as some are in our group, this is also a great location to several courses in the area.

This is our 3rd stay at this beautiful home. We love the space it provides our family to enjoy some time together. Very spacious and clean. So many options of places to relax and enjoy the lake. Definitely will be visiting many more times.

Great Lake Shore Property
We were a group of 6 family/friends, 60 to 67 years old who had two previous planned vacations cancelled. We thoroughly enjoyed the space as there were numerous places to relax, inside and out. The home was just as described and felt homey despite the size. Property would work for larger family gatherings. The property owner maintained communication before, during the stay and afterwards. We had a very enjoyable stay.
