Very family friendly house and neighborhood. The home is located within just a 7 minute walk to both Tetherow Resort and LOGE, with lots of fun trails and bike paths to explore nearby.

Nice place and good location. Close to quite a bit of things and nice layout of the residence. Was able to have my kids next to us on one end of the residence and our two friends on the other end so they could have a little more peace and quiet.

Spring break in Bend
Very comfortable house, nicely furnished and well equipped. Great location, we took advantage of proximity to Mt Bachelor for 3 days of skiing and were still able to go into Bend for Dinner several evenings. Made use of the hot tub, pert way to relax after a hard day of skiing.

Excellent home
I loved this home. And for the prize you cannot beat it. A brand new super clean home, tastfully decorated, great beds, appliances, and close to Bend restraunts and Mt. Bachlor. I am pretty picky as I have a nice home and this place made it feel like home. We are a family of 3. We each had our own rooms and it was very spacious. Oh and one huge plus was that our Tahoe with box on top fit in the garage. Love this because you have to drive to ski. Bravo!

Great Bend house for family time and outdoor fun
This is a modern comfortable house great for a family vacation. We enjoyed the access to Mt. Bachelor and the wilderness area nearby as well as just spending time with the family in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic needs which allowed us to cook most of our meals at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Bend Spot
7 of us stayed here for a friends wedding celebration events held across Bend (floating the river, dance party at 10 barrel, welcome drinks and eat at crux). This house was a perfect home base for our group. It's spacious, clean, light-filled, and close to all these spots. Especially loved to being so close to Rim Rock Trailhead where some of us went running and bicycling. Instructions sent over at least a day ahead of arrival and arriving to a binder with so many details/suggestions in the house made everything easy for all of us. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfy, great location, very peaceful.
Worked great for exploring all Bend has to offer, we all slept GREAT, comfy beds, nice aesthetic, clean/functional bathrooms/kitchen, it was very quiet (no construction anymore, the neighborhood looks all built by now and is very modern), and the tenant was not at all a concern it is completely separated just like having a neighbor living next door). The only slight downside is that there is not much of an outside space to hang out in to enjoy a drink or coffee in nature, but we did end up buying 2 portable chairs and stuck them outside on the side by the grill which worked, but it’s more of a side alley). That being said, most of our time was spent exploring nature outside the house so I would still choose this property again !)

Beautiful house in Bend, OR. Enjoyed to house and hot tub. Awkward having live in tenants right against hot tub on the property. White carpets upstairs also an inconvenience due to shoe removal and worry of making the carpet dirty. Overall excellent time and would rent again for future endeavors.

We stayed while here for a baseball tournament. We had four adults and two children. We loved this house - great quiet neighborhood, modern but comfortable decor, great hot tub, new everything. Check in was easy, great walking paths around. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
