Stinking toilet
For a five star hotel the condition of its toilets were pathetic! And, this is when we were staying on a suite! The sewer lines were choked and were emitting a foul smell. So ultimately we had to request the management to change our room, which they did. But the one night that we spent in this stinking room was awful. The saving grace was their chefs and their food, which was outstanding.

Nice and well maintained rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful views of Bangalore racecourse from my room. Good in-room dining options. Will definitely stay again in the future.

This property never maintain its brand quality and services. Providing one key card for double occupancy room is something very frustrating. And each staff gives a different explanation. I believe they are told to scam the guests. Rooms are cleaned half way.

Not sure why didn't they accept my international credit cards ( Chase Visa) which was well accepted even at small restaurants!!!! Also please accept international Drivers license as id proof, US drivers license is accepted even at airport security.
