Food options were very limited and too expensive at the hotel/casino. $20 is too much for a cold sandwich, small bag of chips, and bottled water. Temperature was very difficult to control in the room. No daily housekeeping. When I was checking out, I overheard one of the housekeepers complaining my luggage wasn't out of the room. I had just checked out at the front desk and was on my way to room to get my luggage when I overheard the "complaint". It is very unlikely I will ever stay here again.

It was ok….machines are stupid tight so don’t go thinking you’re going to win. Did not eat at any restaurants there as the reviews were not good for the $$$ per meal. The hot tub wasn’t working. Standard rooms were small but the beds were comfortable. Not a lot of wait staff to get you drinks on the casino floor

There's a distinct smell throughout the property. Stale cigarette smoke. Staff is friendly. Lots to do, big property. Disappointed the pool and poolside bar closed at 8pm.

We have in the past stayed at this hotel a few times a year. This year instead of a $100 deposit at check in they put a hold on card for entire nights stay, even though the hotel had been paid previously No good explanation of why and nothing in advance stating policy change

Four winds is a nice resort. The negative being they were out of a lot of food items during our stay such as pancake mix.
