The former commercial unit is centrally located in Berlin Wilmersdorf and was turned into a loft style studio with direct street access. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 30 m² there is space for up to 4 people. The bright room offers a double bed on the mezzanine, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The kitchenette is fully equipped with stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom offers a shower and WC. Explore the German capital like a true Berliner and benefit from the convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood.

Eine tolle Lage, aber eine enttäuschende Wohnung
Vieles muss unbedingt verbessert werden: es gibt keine Jalousien oder Vorhänge zur Verdunkelung, man hört die Nachbarn neben und über der Wohnung, es fehlt an Lüftungsmöglichkeiten in der Nacht, die Leiter, die zum Bett hinaufführt, ist unbequem und gefährlich, was in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wurde. Ausserdem ist die Ausstattung sehr unzureichend. Insgesamt müsste vieles verbessert werden, um dem verlangten Preis gerecht zu werden.
