Loved this hotel, had a cute balcony with a nice view to the neighbouring area. I sat on the balcony everyday and ate my croissant - it was lovely. Area seemed quiet but with a good balance of restaurants/ cafes ((1-2 mins away)and noticed a lot of what seemed like retired people enjoying the cafes. Walking distance to bus/shops (5 mins maybe). Only "potential" downside (not hotels fault), only bus services were available to this area, train services were under construction until next year apparently but buses were running smoothly so no issues for me. Overall, great hotel in a great location with great balcony. Recommend it!

No one at check in after 2pm, this wasnt clear on hotels.com the automated check in needed a booking number, which wasn't given on the hotels.com app / booking confirmation Accommodation is like a bedsit. Wifi wasnt provided or in easy located info there was a ahonesty box for drinks but there was limited info on the hotel service, ie daily clean or every other day careful of teh shower as the pressure is terrible and you have to be care not to scald/ freeze yourself found bugs in the room wals are dirty

Unhappy Surprises
We were disappointed in our stay though the location was excellent. The front desk was onlyf staffed until 1:00 PM, and there was no elevator which meant we (in our 80s) had to lug heavy bags up stairs. Our room window looked out onto construction, and the breakfast promised in the website was not available.

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of Alt Tegel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was near the walking district with many shops and dining options. The Tegel See with its promenade was a short walk a way! I highly recommend this property!

nice hotel next to lovely recreational area
was pleasantly surprised with the location next to lively streets with numerous restaurants and cafes + close to the lake, nice forest and great green and villa district. Very nice for walking around
