In the Les Matins Du Sancy residence, pretty duplex of 52m² which has three bedrooms for a capacity of eight people.It has a balcony which offers a beautiful view of the Chambourguet.The apartment is composed as follows:A pleasant living room with American kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.A first bedroom on the ground floor with two bunk beds which gives access to a bathroom.Upstairs, two bedrooms, one of which has a terrace with a small coffee table and two armchairs.A bathroom upstairs is present with a separate toilet and another.Baby equipment (high chairs, bath, cot) are available in the accommodation.For your winter evenings, a raclette machine and a fondue machine are available.The terrace on the ground floor is equipped with a table for your evenings or breakfasts.In season, you can enjoy the covered and heated swimming pool of the residence.Arrival in autonomy possible on request only when booking.(The balance is the deposit must be paid beforehand for arrivals in autonomy).Options:(ATTENTION, our linen kits are biodegradable and disposable)- Linen kit including:* double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€) must be requested when booking.-Compulsory end of stay cleaningAnimals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (within the limit of 2).- Bath towel: you forgot, we have bath towels for sale at €5 each (55 *120), at the end of your stay, take them home!Non-nominative outdoor car parks (no reserved space).A shuttle (only in the winter season) at the foot of the residence allows you to go to the center of the resort, it is free and runs every 10 to 15 minutes.Keys are received at our office in Super-Besse.Animals accepted within the limit of 2 and causes a supplement of 30€ per animal.To give: A deposit of 600€ (not cashed).
