At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in" text message with the code to get into the house before we arrived, so we went straight to the house and entered the property. Had a parking ticket the next day - called the rental management company only to receive a reprimand for not checking in at the office first. Once arriving at the VACASA office, there was ONE helpful person out of the 5 people at the "welcome" desk.
