We have stayed at Tidelines previously but in the Cottage which was very good. The Studio was cold and the electric heaters couldn't be kept on all night. For winter the bedding was insufficient - no electric blanket, 1 extra blanket, only, a very thin doona. Luckily we took our own doona but not everyone can do that. The bedroom was an inside room - no windows or door, just a curtain in the door way. Straight out from the door way were 2 dark stone steps with no white paint at the edges to alert people that there were stairs - there were also no torches to light the way out of the room if you needed to get up in the night. Very dangerous. The ,ain bedroom light was activated by a string that came from the ceiling - again not so easy to find in the night especially as there was only one bedside light and it was on the far side of the room. The hot water in the bathroom was very hot - in fact it would have been easy to badly scald yourself if you couldn't turn it off very quickly. I think that the owners should check with their plumber on the regulated temperature that is mandated for a bathroom.
