What a great place to stay
While this is the most expensive and nicest place we have stayed in, we chose it because unlike our usual trip where it is just the wife and I and our fur babies, we had all the kids and their girlfriends this time and needed the space. This cabin was well worth the money spent as it was big and well appointed. It had all the comforts of home plus some. The game room was awesome for the kids and I enjoyed the spa. This is the first rental with a spa where the spa was actually usable and didn’t have an overpowering chlorine smell or was disgustingly dirty. The front yard was perfect for the dogs and very comfortable for us too. And that neighborhood. So quiet. This will definitely be a place we stay again when we need the room for family. Looking back on our 5 day stay, I really can’t think of a single negative to say.

This is our second time staying at Cabin Reset. We absolutely love staying here when we visit Big Bear. Our stay was very relaxing and we love playing the arcade games as well with enjoying the spa. The home is very clean, spacious and private. It’s also at a great location to everything. We highly recommend booking this location when visiting Big Bear!

Best early birthday celebration ever!!
When booking I fell in love with the property on the pictures alone but once we arrived we were blown away along with my puppers with how beautiful and spacious the property is. I rented the property to celebrate my 30th with friends and it was probably the best birthday celebration I’ve had. The primary bedroom was so amazing it was nice to have a space as big as my little studio apartment back in LA. The hot tub and game room were a hit I mean I can go on and on with how amazing it was. Would definitely book the property again!! 1000/10 would recommend.

The place was nice we got there and there was dog feces on the carpet. I called and asked if they could come and clean it. They send maintenance and he said that he was not going to do that. He came to fix the water and bring them in because remember this part of that way we can control it and I can kind of get it pretty even that were broken so we had to clean up after somebody else’s pets. The game rooms was all sticky. The counters were not cleaned or wiped. Carpet was so dirty full of stains. I took pictures so they would know that it was not us. And let maintenance see it while he was there so he knew that those things had been there. My suggestion is if you’re going to have pets, they should not have carpet so at least they can clean up after the pets. I did take my two small pets. They were in a cage they are they are Mat trained. And we made sure to pick up after them inside and out.

Hello the home was very beautiful nice neighborhood loved it but it could of been more clean outside next to the hot tub out their was dog poop and I had to report that because I was going to bbq outside and also their was no Gas on the bbq grill and had to call them to see why so many problems…in the back yard and with dog poop it was a no no and then they need to fix the master bathroom the slide door in not we’ll hooked up so be very careful and also the the bed sheets had dog hair they could’ve done better on maintenance . Also they need to clean the hot tub spa well I went in and their was a top from a glass beer so be careful always check well .

Great family get-a-way!
The house is great for all ages. We all had fun playing the games while being able to enjoy the fresh mountain air! It's a short drive to the village and lake and a great location to take walks around the neighborhood. Would recommend if you are looking for a family escape!

Annual Big Bear Family Trip Success!
This property was perfect for our annual family trip. The check in process at the Savy Bear Office was seamless and we were also given a little welcome gift that was greatly appreciated. The home is just as listed/pictured and there was even a decorated Christmas tree when we opened the front door! The home was equipped with a playstation but the game room was the cherry on top for our family. The bathrooms were equipped with thick towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner and lotion. There was also a hair dryer. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds (no back pain!) and sheets that were so soft that my husband made me take a picture of what they were so we can purchase for our home. The family room fireplace was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing in front of it after skiing.The kitchen came with beautiful appliances, microwave/convection oven and a keurig(although I didn't cook the entire trip!) and had dishwasher pods, trash bags, sponge and dish soap. The washer and dryer were very nice and there were washer pods for doing laundry. All great extras that made the trip even more enjoyable for a big family and for this mom! The home has roku streaming that allows you to sign in to all your streaming services and even has live tv options. The wifi worked throughout the house and my oldest had no problem finishing his last college project on time. The owner was always available and when we had a question, they responded quickly and took care of everything that we needed. Our fur baby enjoyed her stay as well and found the home very fur friendly. The town was only minutes away and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will definitely be back to this amazing home!!!
