Long weekend
My wife and I booked this cabin for a long weekend. The location was perfect! We enjoyed it being close enough to the village square it was an easy drive but far enough away that we were able to avoid the crowded areas. The unit was extremely clean! The amenities were off the charts! We had access to everything we could have wanted and more! There was plenty of space for my wife and I along with our two dogs! I would definitely recommend staying here! Hard to imagine a nicer place to be!

Everything as advertised plus so much more!
This was our first time in Big Bear and Jennifer could not have been any better! The place was amazing and just as described and our pups Taco and Tito loved all the goodies provided. Jennifer was our personal concierge up to and throughout the trip, keeping us informed of events going on and the fires south that were devastating the areas. She was very flexible and willing to work with us with these disasters. The cabin is very close to everything. We would definitely not hesitate to stay with Jennifer again.

It was a wonderful place!
My husband and I were looking for a brief getaway to relax and decompress. The property was everything we expected and more. Nice little touches and even things we didn’t think about were provided. We took our dog and it was just the right fit for the 3 of us. Beautiful chalet and very well kept, not what you would expect for a dog friendly home. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evenings and we didn’t use all the amenities, but whatever you want it’s all there. Wonderful host who was very accessible and went above and beyond before, during and after our stay! Thank you! It was just what we needed.

Not a big place, but very nice and the big outside area to the back really made it worthwhile. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and party lights. No complaints.

Winterland Cabins
We had a great time here on a last minute mini vacation. I cannot say enough about this place. We have 2 big dogs, and the fenced porch plus the large fenced in back yard was a huge plus. We loved that our dogs could also join us inside. This cabin is close to the Big Bear Village, ski resorts and much more. We arrived to doggie treats, take home coffee mugs and fresh coffee. The cabin came with much more that we expected. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom linens are plush and soft. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need to cook. There is a BBQ, table top fire pit and a great and very clean jacuzzi. Internet is provided and also large TV's. We loved the backyard lights and how maintained this property is. The inside and outside of this cabin is beautifully decorated. Most importantly, our amazing host is responsive at all times for any questions and concerns during your stay. We cannot wait to come back during the winter months for the sledding you can do right out the front porch.

Spring Break trip
We have been to Big Bear 4 of the past 5 years for the start of my sons 2 week Spring Break. This place was the best and perfect for the 3 of us and our dog. Super clean and cozy and we used the hot tub every night it was awesome. Our only (small) issue is the volume of the heater, it’s a tad loud, so we had to ride the volume on the TV. We would certainly stay again. Jennifer is an exceptional host with quick and thoughtful communication.

Exceeded our expectations
I was very excited to take my family and our two dogs to the mountains for the weekend. When we got to Winterland, I was blown away. It was even better than the pictures online. They had everything we needed and more, from special treats for our dogs, to games for the family and a huge backyard with a spa and fire pit. I think my wife heard me tell her 100 times how blown away I was with the cabin. We were within 5 minutes of the ski resorts and the Village. My family and I are already talking about coming back for our next trip. I can’t recommend staying here enough. Thanks Winterland!!

Great Chalet - Cozy and Close to EVERYTHING
We had such an amazing stay at Wonderland Chalet. The home is so cute and cozy. It fees comfortable from the moment you walk in and has all the necessary ementities. The bath towels are so plush! One of the most comfortable beds away from home. They have truly thought of everything. The house is dog friendly - Even had rawhide waiting for our arrival!! We look forward to a return trip.

Our stay at this cabin was fantastic. The host was excellent with communication, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The cabin itself was perfect - comfortable, equipped with thoughtful amenities, and making us feel right at home. Its location was a major plus, incredibly close to the slopes which was great for our snowboard trip. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, highly recommended for anyone visiting Big Bear.

Excellent staycation
Cute small cabin with a sizable outdoor space, just perfect for us 2 and our 2 dogs. Excellent, fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances. Great big TV for sports games and movie watching. Great outdoor amenities, fire pit, BBQ, hot tub and hammock. Really had a great time, didn’t leave the property the entire time we were there. Would come back again!

Gorgeous and Cozy Property with an amazing Host/Team
This was one of my favorite stays. The property is very spacious with a beautiful outdoor area to relax or let your dogs explore. The house itself feels like Christmas with the beautiful decor and lights. The host had her team greet us upon arrival and walk us through the property. Additionally, the host made sure you had everything you needed...from coffee, hot chocolate, shampoo, deodorant, lotion, plenty of blankets, and even treats for the dogs. There were many days we chose to spend the majority of our time at the property because there was so much to do. There was a fire pit, fireplace, jacuzzi, grill, games, and a beautiful porch to relax and enjoy the view. More importantly, I'm quite picky when it comes to cleanliness and I must say the host made sure the property was clean and neat. We definitely plan on visiting this property again!

Summer in Big Bear
Wow! Just, wow! Everything about this vacation rental experience was above and beyond. Jennifer was an amazing hostess- she literally thought of everything to make us feel at home. The cottage was immaculate and the perfect get away for my husband and our 2 doggies! I’m not sure who loved it more…our doggies or us! We are so ecstatic that we will be booking our trip to Winterland for skiing and again next summer!
