Bad experience
The room smelled moldy. The front desk clerk gave me a can of air freshener to try to make it bearable. It didn't help. The paint on the bathroom wall by the toilet was peeling. The lavatory sink was stopped up. The bedspread on one of the beds was dirty. There were dead bugs by the bed that I found the next morning. We were going to go for a swim when we got there but the key card lock for the pool was broken. The front desk clerk let us in but the chlorine was so strong we couldn't stay. I wanted to change rooms but we were already settled and thinking that this hotel may have been flooded because of the smell in the room and the hall, we figured all the rooms were like that. Got up at 6 for breakfast only to find dead bugs in the window sill of the eating area and gnats in the eggs. Couldn't wait to get some ice for the ice chest and leave but it was broken. I paid too much for this room plus a $100 deposit that I have not received back. In my opinion, they should have paid me to stay here.

Molding and falling apart property should be condemned. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was dirty, molding, pool was leaking into first floor scary

Even though it had been updated, you could still feel the oldness. The air looked liked it needed to be replaced. The bathroom door was too big for the frame. It was a wooden door that would shut all the way to where pieces of wood fall to the floor. I will say that all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel served its purpose as a quick 2 night stay for me and kids however the tubs were not clean, they did not have any towels AND supposedly there was a leak from my room bathroom to the bottom room and maintenance and frint desk people kept coming in the room WITHOUT KNOCKING! The day wr left, the 28th, the morning front desk person was VERY RUDE and would not bring us more towels. I just don't understand how does a hotel not have enough towels knowing how many people are in a room PRIOR to check in. I would NOT stay at this hotel ever again!
