They never came to make the room or offer fresh towels and body wash and shampoo during 3 night's stay. At least they fixed the elevator, but this hotel needs a little more TLC.

By accident.. I guess when I booked it was for a smoking room which I did not want, I do not smoke and have health issue. I did adk if they could give me a non smoking room...so they said no...then the person checking me in seem like she was discouraging me from upgrading to a deluxe non smoking room, then she said that even if I would have requested a non smoking room thru the third party I booked thru they woulda gave me what ever they wanted. I dont think this is a good practice. I was checking in too late to cancel so I had no choice but to take the smoking room, that smelled aweful and had evetything I brought in the room smelling horrible even after I got home and unpacked...I was so dissappointed and will not stay with them again !

Very good!

All the amenities provided were as such. The room and the hotel was very well maintained. As described the parking was so confusing and no signage was up. VIP gets the park right in the Parkade, but customers have to park across the street from the hotel in a fenced in area out in the open?? Hotel, staff was very friendly.
