Once in the room i notice the putside noise was loud, even over the ac unit. I went over to look out the window & my window was opened up halfway. It made me nervous. The bathroom has been remodeled some, it has a nice sink & plenty of counter space but the tub is outdated & there were hairs in the tub & floor around the toilet. This was my second time staying at this location & my first experience was much better so i'm unsure if i'll stay here again on my trip next month.

They need to re-paint the doors to the rooms they're peeling very bad, the carpets in the hallways need cleaning and you need to add comfy side chairs to the rooms to sit.

Checked in and was not told that they have a policy of not servicing rooms every day. Spent a very long day out at our activity and returned to room at 5:30 PM to find it not cleaned. I paid a full rate for each of the three days I spent at this hotel, and expect full service each of those days. If you want to provide extended stay service, then charge the lower extended stay prices, and above all, notify your guests "at check in" that you are providing reduced service. Happened again the second night, even though we advised them the prior night that we expect full service. Also, when we requested full service, they responded negatively as though they were put out. Horrible hospitality. Additionally, we reserved a suite, and upon entering the room found it to have no coffee table in the main "TV" area, and therefore no place to put drinks, snacks, reading materials, etc. And the separate bedroom had not one single drawer. The only furniture in the bedroom was a work desk. For a three night stay, where are we supposed to put our clothes? We had to live out of our suitcases. How very inconvenient, and again, inhospitable. Oh yeah, and also, the pool was out of commission. In short, this was one of the worst hotels we have ever visited. Extremely disappointing, and would not stay again.

Second visit was better only because renovations were mostly done; people were just as nice either way and was the same employees; I like that. Friendly, helpful, accommodations. Plenty of parking and accessible to so many shopping/dining choices nearby; close enough to be convenient, far away enough to add to safety, while not being isolated. Peaceful setting with nicely manicured landscaping features that are accessible to disabled. Value property that exceeds!

Day one, I called & asked for room service at 0900 am and when I got back to room at 7 pm, no trash take out, no fresh towels, no linen service, nothing. Day two, I called & asked for room service at 0800 and when I returned at 6 pm, I did receive fresh towels and trash was taken out, but the bed was not made. However, David Santiago is a wonderful, professional that did provide services on day one after I got back to the room and told them my room was cleaned. Big thanks to David!
