Grands volumes

Bel appartement de grande taille situé en plein milieu de la ville sans être près du bruit. 10 minutes de marche de la plage centrale. Centre ville, magasins, boulanger etc à 5 min. Chambres en étage de grande taille et plafonds hauts. Pièce pricipale et veranda/SAM aussi de belles proportions. Appartement date des 1990-2000 et cela se sent dans les SDB, WC, et la cuisine. Bien que tout était assez propre et en ordre, murs et plafonds ont besoin d'une couche de peinture neuve pour rafraîchir un appartement qui peut être sombre du à la grande arbre en face qui domine complètement la vue de la piéce de séjour. Les équipments de la cuisine sont petits et de qualité secondaire. Lave vaisselle taille "mini", lave linge taille "demie." Petite poubelle. Plaques vitrocéramiques petites et compliquées à utiliser. Pas de four taille normale. Ne pas compter à faire trop de cuisine si vous êtes 6 personnes! Fenêtre chambre 1er étage donne sur le balcon passage d'access des autres appartements de l'immeuble, donc jour et nuit les gens peuvent passer. Pas question de laisser le store ouvert et ni la fenêtre si vous êtes sensible au bruit. Matelas du lit est à changer. Pas de wifi, ni de climatisation. Difficile pour les jours de canicule sans vent. 100 euros supplément obligatoire pour néttoyage fin de location est bien excessif, surtout quand ils ne font ni le linge, ni la vaisselle, ni ramassage des ordures. A revoir.
