Low rating given ,as when I got the hotel the owner stated I had to contact Expedia. I did contact them, they said that they could not get hold of the hotel to resolve this.
I then spoke to the lady at the hotel and told her that Expedia were trying to ring.
When I got home I tried ringing the hotel several times, as Expedia had asked for a recepit
from the Hotel, which would show I had been
charged twice. Got no answer from the hotel after ringing several times, so ended up paying twice.
