We chose the grand hotel as it was our 38th wedding anniversary on Feb 14, the room was spacious and clean, the facilities within the room were superb. breakfast amazing, staff very friendly, great stay, would recommend to anyone

Cold room bad bath.

2 room, mine was ok apart from tepid water in shower. My daughter's room was not good. The window was open on going into the room and it was cold. Window was closed and then we found radiator was not working. The bath was disgusting. It was riddled with peeling. Complaint pending.

Dirty rooms

The reception area was beautiful and so was the dining room. However when we got to our room we were sorely disappointed. It was very dirty, dirty windows, frames, bath, shower curtain, carpet, light fixtures, lamps. The bedding and the towels smells if grease and we had to spray aftershave and perfume in everything! Only good thing was breakfast and some staff members. There wasn't anywhere to buty and coffee, juice or food and just sit. So disappointed is an understatement. I for one will not be back at that hotel! I even heard one couple complaining due to finding someone else's underwear in the bed! Unfortunately it wouldn't let me attach photos cause I have a few

I was solo security Liam excellent to be fair all employees very friendly and accommodating Tommy and Adam reception professional and helpful we cannot forget the ones that keep the rooms spotless or Holly Chief lasagna my favourite thank you and Anthony for good tasty meals

Off-season, midweek, peace and quiet

It wouldn’t be the case for everyone, but it was perfect for me. I was taking time out to do some business planning. There was a lovely large desk, an inspiring view, friendly staff, straightforward food, peace and quiet. I don’t expect it’s the same at weekends

Lovely hotel plenty car parking space

We had a sea view asked for a room near lift and got 1 .bed wasn't very comfy this time anytime we are in bpool we always try their first to stay

Stayed at hotel a number of years now for the pigeon weekend and this time I took my wife booked an executive suite Bar shut early on Friday 10.30 no bar snacks available no room service restaurant food looked awful so didn’t bother charged for parking the car room was not at all clean not staying there again
