This was a great spot to stay for a small group of 8 folks traveling to hike Bears Ears and Canyonlands. Lots of room to spread out.
A couple of suggestions:
1 towel hooks needed in bathroom
2 replace mattress in lower floor queen - it's rough and nearly touching the floor when occupied
3 keep office space upstairs open - we needed it for another separate sleeping area and the whole space was being used for custodial (not what we saw in images)
4 directions on the individual heating units - we couldn't get several of them to work and it was pretty cold
5 heads up on the wild horse herd - while absolutely beautiful, they came a knocking on the patio at 4am and caused quite a stir before we figured out what was going on
PROS
1 Central to anything needed, including gas and groceries
2 Beautiful workmanship, especially on the main floor, with wood everywhere
3 Lots of openness on main floor so never felt crammed in
4 Refreshing to have everything working and enough pans in a VRBO kitchen - thanks!
5 The surrounding animals are magical, waking up to sip coffee as we watch the horses move through and the elk coming right up to the fence line 25 feet from the patio.
Owner communication was fantastic and so appreciated! Thanks for a great stay.
