Probably more like 4.5 than 4 stars. I really enjoyed my time at Novotel Parque 93. There are many dining options, a park nearby, and the customer service was excellent. They have a pretty good room service menu. The only thing is that the room I had was quite small. I think they have larger rooms, but they were booked. Other than that, I highly recommend!

I am a business traveler that needs to work from my room and more than that needs to have a good night of sleep. I booked this hotel beacuse it offers soundproof rooms, but the reality is that the rooms are not soundproof at all. You get the loud music from the downstairs bar and also the noises form the rooms around you.

My pick for stays in Bogota always. I travel every 6 months and always stay in Novotel Parque 93. The staff is super attentive, location is perfect near restaurants and bars but super quiet rooms with a superb bed!

Clean and safe in a nicer neighborhood. Few nice restaurants/bars, a McDonald’s, and convenience stores within a block or two. The staff are all nice and welcoming. Most speak enough English to counter my broken Spanish. Good sized rooms even for American standards

POSITIVO, hotel tiene buenas facilidades, ubicación excelente fuera de ruídos de negocios y bares. Limpieza excelente. La capitana del restaurante CAROLINE es excelente, tuvimos algunas dificultades pero lideró para que no vuelva a ocurrir. NEGATIVO En la ducha del baño no hay cortinas y tiene un cristal muy pequeño para evitar que el agua salga para fuera, lo que supone que cada vez que bañan el baño queda todo mojado.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I was in Bogotá to celebrate my birthday and this hotel didn’t disappoint. It’s in the nice/rich part of the city, so the area is very safe. There are lots and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, and shopping within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel even delivered a chocolate cake on my birthday! I will definitely stay here again.
