Great location, big, sleeps 11 comfortably, host is very accommodating, the only bad thing is it was dirty when we arrived, called host and they sent someone to change the sheets clean bathroom etc. if it would have been clean when we got there I would of given them a perfect rating.
This property was located in a great area and had plenty of space. It was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the radiators not working for most of the stay and it was pretty cold in the house for most of our stay. The property manager was good about responding and they did get the radiators fixed on our last day there.
The house was bigger than expected, which was great for our group of 5 plus some friends who came over for dinners and to hang out. A larger kitchen table and chairs could have served our group better, and larger/more pots and pans to accommodate a large dinner gathering. A couple of other small things would have been appreciated (soap, shampoo/conditioner and hand towels in the bathrooms) but all in all the house was great for our long weekend in Boston for the Head of the Charles Regatta.
Perfect place to stay thatâs not too far from the city and close to everything we wanted to see. Quick responses and constant communication with the management. Easy access to get in and check out. Family friendly and recommend.
WORST HOME YOU COULD EVER STAY IN AND NEVER TRUST STAYNUE AS A COMPANY!!!! We arrived to this home and it was absolutely disgusting. Customer service through Staynue is also atrocious. After requesting a cleaning service to come through they âsent someoneâ, which was a lie. My family and I ended up cleaning the property. After notifying Staynue, they offered us a lousy 160 refund for the cleaning fee because they kept insisting they sent someone to clean during our stay. We had also provided photo evidence before and âafterâ the cleaning service came showing nothing had been cleaned. After accepting their refund, I kept messaging them to see when that would be sent out. After a month of trying to get the money I received a message saying that Staynue was âunderstaffedâ and they would send the refund when they are back to normal staffing. I reached out to VRBO and they were able to help us out with a refund since it had been a month. I urge everyone who is looking at a Staynue property to look elsewhere. This was the worst experience ever!
