It’s ok

It’s a decent place. We parked at the Pi Valley garage, about 3 blocks away. There is a discount through the hotel if you get your parking ticket validated at the front desk. The restaurant next door was good, especially since the weather was very cold and we didn’t feel like going far. A couple of minor issues— our room wasn’t ready right away even though we arrived at 4pm. Hot water took a long time for the shower.

Staff are always pleasant and asking if they can help you. Always greeted with a hello or good bye. In walking distance to Aquarium, Boston Commons, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail. Great places to eat in the area and the Pub right next door was an added bonus. The water bottles and filtered water on every floor is a nice touch. The coffee/expresso machine in the lounge was broken the two days we were there which was a disappointment. Second time staying at this property and would definitely return. Both times upgraded to stay in a suite with a kitchenette and felt it was very roomy.

Pretty good

The online check-in did not work at all reception said it hasn’t worked for a long time. We called around 5pm to request a cleaning the following morning. That following afternoon upon returning, nobody cleaned. I had to call two more times and had to convince them to come, which eventually happened around 4pm. Aside from that, the staff was all around very nice. And when our flight was delayed, they allowed us to stay later without any fees. It’s a really great location and our room was spacious.
