Personnel sympathique, mais propreté douteuse
La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer. Nous sommes entré dans notre chambre à 21h30 environ. La chambre était extrêmement humide et il y avait de la moisissure un peu partout sur la tapisserie de la chambre. Nous sommes retourné à la réception pour savoir si on pouvait changer de chambre, mais il n’y avait plus de chambres avec 3 lits queen de disponible. On nous a promis de venir nettoyer le lendemain, ce qui a été fait, mais ils ont seulement nettoyé les murs, mais les lits n’étaient pas fait, poubelles pas vidées etc. Nous nous sommes rendu compte qu’ils font le ménages de chambres seulement au deux jours. Pour une chambre pour 6 personnes, les poubelles se remplissent vites, le papier de toilettes se vide, mouchoirs etc. On était toujours rendu à la réception pour allé demander quelque chose. Heureusement le personnel a la réception était très sympathique. Le déjeuner était tout de même varié, mais répétitif, pas de variation d’un matin à l’autre, mais c’était correct. En résumé je ne retournerais pas dans cet hôtel dû à l’entretient des chambres, nous avons dormi dans un environnement qui sentait l’humidité pendant 5 jours et j’ai trouvé des perles d’un bijoux brisé un peu partout sur le tapis de la chambre, alors l’aspirateur ne doit pas être passé souvent non plus.
