My 3rd year staying here. My favorite “hotel “, it’s more like a little mini executive suite. Perfect for one! It might be great for two, I just don’t know. Great location near green line Boston T, near Prudential stop, my last stay I was a 2 minute walk to Symphony stop. Sarah , Oscar and other employees whose names escape me always helped me out with extended stays and getting a little extra coffee and room supplies. I hope to be back in July.

Excellent Customer Service!!

Copley House is an amazing hidden gem. It’s not your typical hotel stay. They are very well kept rooms inside modernized, very clean brownstone buildings. Check in is an absolute breeze. Customer service is 5 stars across the board. I checked my son in while he waited for his apartment. When I needed an extra day, adding it to his stay was no problem. I would prefer Copley House over a lot of other options in this area. You are steps away from The Prudential n Copley Plaza. Parking is a little challenging, however your peaceful sleep n excellent customer service is well worth any parking woes. I would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a studio that was in the basement. Within a few minutes of walking into the room, we encountered a water bug that meandered into our room from under the front door and gave itself a tour of our place. The actual studio was very simple and basic and reminded me a little of a dorm room. But the location was fantastic and within walking distance to transportation, shopping, and food. It was also a little loud in our room with the people above us doing what sounded like exercise for an hour every night. The people across from us were sick, perhaps, because there was a lot of coughing and what sounded like throwing up. Half of the building staff was nice and the others could not be bothered, but we didn't need to interact with them much. I'm not sure if I would stay here again.

The staff are amazing. I never met any of them because it was all online via WhatsApp but it was almost immediate replies. They are so determined to make sure your stay is a good positive experience. The apartment was lovely. It was spotlessly clean and it was central to so many places. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend Copley House to everyone. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful

Great Small Place

The Copley House was an outstanding stay, loved the little atmosphere of the renovated apartments. Had a bed and a pull-out couch bed. Walk in shower in the bathroom and had a small fridge, microwave, sink, and oven. Didn’t notice until the last day there was plates and silverware! A lot of restaurants, bars, museums, and stores are in walking distance. Overall great stay and will more than likely stay at the Copley House if we stay on that side of Boston.

Check in and rooms are too far from reception. Even though it mentions reception open from 9am to 9pm, it was shut at 7pm with no notice. I was without heat and part electrics overnight. Had to manage until next day in the morning to get help. The receptionist was not too concerned about the situation.

Bed, two nightstands, couch, table and chairs, fridge with freezer, microwave, stovetop, kettle, sink, glasses, plates/bowls, silverware, Keurig, bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower, and balcony! This was absolutely perfect! Good water pressure in shower. Only downsides are that the walls are paper thin so be careful with your conversations, telephone calls, and TV/music volume. The keys we had were a bit difficult to use with the front door lock and room locks.
