Staff and property was very clean, staff was accommodating when room thermostat did not work and room was overly hot. They sent an engineer promptly and could not be fixed so room transfer was done efficiently.

Courtyard Marriott Downtown is in an excellent location and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming, and the breakfast menu was varied and plentiful. The rooms are tight but nicely furnished.

I needed a room for one night and this was a perfect location, right next to the concert venue. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfy. The only thing that would have made the room a bit better would have been a fridge to keep my water and juice cold.
