The day we checked in the temperature was pushing 100 degrees outside. All of the blinds were wide open and none of the window air conditioners were turned on. It was almost 90 degrees in the house. Not a great way to welcome your guests. What's worse is that the only access to the deck is through an interior sliding door. The door is broken resulting in no one being able to use the deck. The property manager is non-existent here. I messaged 3 times on 3 consecutive days and never got a clear response. There should have been communication about not being able to use the deck before the check in. I recommend skipping this property and staying somewhere else.
The house was clean and had the essentials. However, we let management know our first day that the paatio door was broken so we couldn't access the very prominent patio listed in the pictures of this house. Its a huge reason we picked this property. I was told they would send someone out the first day and we never saw anyone and no one ever fixed the door. We also let them know that the internet didn't work even after resetting the router multiple times. They never fixed either of those issues during our six day visit.
Cottage is in a great location. Door to beautiful, oversized balcony was broken. Vacasa said it would be fixed during our stay, and they did not follow through. Iâm disappointed. It was my birthday vacation. No other comments.
We totally enjoyed our stay in this cute home by the water. The home is comfortable and well stocked. One thing I do want to note is that it is not wheel chair accessible and I only mention this as it had 2 sets of stairs.
Nice place near the beach in Beverly. Five minute drive to Salem. Beach and swings across the street. Three good size bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers all kept nice. I donât think Iâd want to stay in the summer because thereâs no AC but other than that, nothing to complain about.
The location was perfect! A 4 minute drive to Salem and was xlose wnto the interstate but yet far enough away that you didn't hear the traffic. The house was across the street feom a park and had eaa path to walk down to thw shoreline.
We absolutely loved our stay at this delightful home in Beverly. The peaceful neighborhood provided a serene backdrop for our visit, and being conveniently located near the train station made getting around a breeze. The immaculate house was equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this wonderful accommodation again in the future.
Lovely location and decent decor but a lot of unresolved issues. The kitchen was poorly stocked overall (for drinkware, only four plastic drinking cups and some wine glasses) and we weren't able to access the deck for the entire stay because of a faulty door. On the first day of our stay I was told a technician would be sent for the door, but no one ever arrived and no explanation was ever given, even after I repeatedly contacted property management. (At least we could see that the patio furniture wasn't at all inviting.) I asked about AC because it would be hot during our stay and was told that although there's no AC, there are five ceiling fans. All of the fans were in poor condition and noisy, and the two downstairs didn't work at all. As with the door, we were given no assistance with this even after contacting them. We booked close to the date of our trip, when few other properties were available. If you have other options, I recommend going elsewhere.
Stayed here to do college visits in Boston. House was super clean upon arrival and stocked for all our needs. We cooked most of our meals and there was all the kitchen equiptment we needed to do this (pots, pans, utensils, etc) Beautiful deck with views of the park and bay, which was perfect for morning coffee. Quick ride into Boston. Right next door to Salem. Great dog friendley park across the street. Perfect place for a dog friendley visit to Boston.
This is a nice property and pretty well equipped in the kitchen. The internet was basically never connected and with several of us trying to work it was a bad situation. Had to use hotspots or go elsewhere.
Called the property management, sent pictures of the router... filled out a ticket. They said someone would contact us... didn't happen. My wife called Xfinity and they said "you have an old modem, upgrade." Property owners apparently said "no way" to that request...
