Great apartment, not best for children

This apartment was a great stay for my family of 4. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was pristine with dishwasher and automated ice machine in fridge, in unit washer and drier was a huge plus, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while in Boston. Unfortunately I would recommend another location if staying with small children. Our daughter is 8 months old at the time of booking and the upstairs neighbors played extremely loud music late into the early morning, they slammed doors, banging up and down the stairs all night, and there was a noticeable odor In the apartment at all hours. Overall this stay was incredible and I would stay again with just my adult family, but I would suggest another location if staying with younger children.

The apartment was perfect, clean, well kept. It was a great place to stay, short walk to the T. The parking is not good. If you drive be prepared to park far away or be blocked in by another car.

Boston Stay

Great place. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is not a lot of variety and walking distance for restaurants. However, we were mostly in downtown Boston so it didn’t affect our trip at all. Communication was awesome with the hosts.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay, had a blast in Boston! The apartment was so cute and very clean. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were loud late at night and the neighborhood was a little sketch but not so much we wouldn’t stay there again. There was everything we needed, great beds and plenty of room for all six of us adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Went for a graduation at Northeastern

Clean comfortable and newly renovated. The neighborhood is being re-gentrified and still has some rough areas but we were able to walk to a fantastic Italian restaurant and St Marks church next door. Otherwise easy to Uber to all the sights of Boston.

Great 3-night stay

This place was great for our three-night visit to Boston. Plenty of room for two couples, very clean and well-stocked. Communication was great. The easy check-in and snacks were greatly appreciated when arriving late in the evening after a long day of driving.

Beautiful property, great location, everything we needed!

We traveled to Boston on a college visit road trip. Parking was safe and free, either on the street or in the driveway behind the house. The unit was immaculate, everything updated with brand new appliances and quality beds and furniture. <10 minute walk to Shawmut train station, easy to explore ALL of Boston quickly. Weekend visit

There is no second bed as listed in the room with two beds. The street the house is on is crazy narrow due to parking on both sides of the road, uber/lyft/delivery drivers had a very difficult time getting in and out. And if you miss the turn into the driveway the first time, be prepared for a challenging turn around. The apartment is clean and comfortable. My kids loved the snacks that were left, though some were really stale. uber/lyft was willing to pick up and drop off to Fenway and Commons.

Clean Space, but Not a Great Fit for Our Family

We stayed here with our family, including 3 young kids, for a week long trip to the Boston area. We found the space to be clean, updated, and as pictured online. This rental is on the fist floor, and the upstairs neighbors were loud at night which was disruptive. We had a small leak issue from the upstairs unit as well, that was rectified quickly by the property owner, who was very responsive and helpful. But overall, it was not an ideal fit for our family. We were hoping for more of a neighborhood feel, where we would be able to walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, and parks, and this didn't fit the bill.

Boston & Salem Tour

We came so we could access Boston and the drive there wasn't bad. The place was very nice and had everything we needed. We pulled the small sofa from the master bedroom into the living room so we could sit more comfortably. The place was very clean and everything was in working order. Our host replied immediately to any inquiries. Highly recommend this place.

Great for group getaway

We were a group of 6 adult girlfriends and this property worked perfectly for us. The location was great (about a 5 minute walk to the Shawmut T stop), everything was clean and maintained, and there were several personal touches that were so nice (welcome snacks, makeup remover cloths and wipes, selection of tea and coffee, etc.). Helen & Tom were so responsive and helpful as we were planning.
