Fabulous place!

Check-in was very quick and efficient. The front desk agents were always friendly and answered lots of touristy questions. They don’t have coffee in the room or for free at the lobby. That was my only complaint! Otherwise, this day was perfect.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is great. Close to multiple train stations for easy commute. Nice hotel but in need of a facelif soon. My room wasn’t satisfying for me because it had no natural light.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They held our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city until our flight. The room was a great size. Very conveniently located to the city center and the train is across the street so we could get back to the airport easily. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, friendly and professional staff. The restaurant/bar, Joia, has amazing food and drinks. The bartenders and service staff are also very friendly and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back!! The room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable.
