Rooms were not swept regularly. Terrible itching on entering the room and in bed (dust mites). Bed protector needs to be removed and clean. Items were not replaced eg toilet paper, bath maps, tea bags. Staff were really helpful and did what they could to rectify the situation.

Excellent hotel good size rooms and good breakfast.Staff friendly and helpful. Location ideal for visiting Downtown Boston as hotel is only a 3 minute walk to the T red line.
