TrĂšs bel endroit pour dĂ©couvrir Boston !À proximitĂ© de l’aĂ©roport ( Ă  pied ou en mĂ©tro), petite maison typique amĂ©ricaine avec tout le confort. Comme indiquĂ©, l’escalier intĂ©rieur est Ă©troit mais le reste est parfait.La station de mĂ©tro a 100m permet de se rendre en ville sans problĂšme et de dĂ©couvrir la ville.

PrĂšs du mĂ©tro et du port, cet appartement est parfait pour 2 familles. Épicerie, pharmacie Ă  proximitĂ©, parfait pour les dĂ©placements Ă  pied. Les hĂŽtes offrent un excellent service et sont toujours prĂȘts Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions et Ă  nous aider ! Je recommande cet endroit sans aucune hĂ©sitation !

This property worked great for our quick getaway to catch a game at Fenway park and tour Boston. The property was so clean, organized and an absolutely great location. It was less than a 5-minute walk to the Maverick station of the T subway, and then only 1 stop into downtown Boston. We easily found street parking in front of the property on the first night, then used the SpotHero app to get a parking spot in the Liverpool lot, which was about a 10 minute walk from the property. Our group of 4 women did not have any problem with the narrow stairs. The hosts were great and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

It was clean, and the location was good. Also, it had obviously been remodeled. Plus, it had a washer and dryer which helped us. For these reasons we give it two stars. BUT, it is a very vertical building, and undisclosed in the ad was the fact that it has two very narrow, steep staircases, one up to the main level, and one up to the second floor bedrooms, both of which take two 45 -degree turns where the stairs are just triangles. Parts of these stairways have no handrails or anything to hold on to. We had to maneuver our large bags up these stairs. In addition, and weirdly, all of the floors are on a slant, throwing off your balance and making the beds all aslant. It is like being in a funhouse room where you are trying to keep your balance. The bookcase at the top of the stairs showed about two inches between the base of it and the wall, and about 6 inches at the top! Likewise in the kitchen between the top of the kitchen cabinets and the ceiling. The worst of it was that we had made clear to the owners that we were going to be four seniors renting the place, and they never mentioned the stairs or the askew floors. It’s as if the whole unit has shifted to a tilt. We don’t know how the renovations ever passed building code. In addition to the above, the parking situation is impossible. That WAS disclosed by the ad. It was a pain. We would never rent this place again, nor do we recommend anyone else do so. You can find a better one.

The charm of the place has so much potential. It just needs an upgrade to include sleeper sofa, more and better pillows, more towels and little touches such as board games and maybe a guest welcome book with how-to details. Or, lower the rate.

This property worked perfect for our family. Only issue that we had was the parking - while there was street parking, it was difficult to find a spot and during the day parking was limited to two hours. Otherwise, this worked well for our family of five.

Our family very much enjoyed the home and the beautiful kitchen. The stairs are for the able bodied, the upstairs shower is narrow. The temperature was not controllable, and it was hot at night even with cool temperatures outside. The bedding and towels were clean and comfortable, as well as the house. Some floors leaned a bit, but it added to the charm of it. The neighborhood was so convenient to public transportation, and the restaurants nearby will not leave you without choices. My family of 4 all enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very clean stay and very close to T station and many stores, restaurants and fast food. Nice to have 2 bathrooms as well, which isn't super common in these apartments. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and getting to downtown Boston was super quick.

Perfect spot for a pre cruise visit in Boston. Neighborhood was safe and clean. The apartment was spotless. Near the blue line for easy access to downtown. The stairs are very steep and narrow. Pack light or have someone able to carry up the stairs for you. The owners were great to work with. I would definitely stay again if traveling to Boston.

Accurate description found on the listing. Location to subway blue line is super convenient, neighborhood is "real" not touristy, access to unit is secured. The apartment is charming and clean with comfortable space for 5 adults. It's an old building and has its quirks like a narrow and steep staircase and tilted floors that heavy luggage will slide on, but it adds to the charm of the unit in the best way. The hosts are super hosts! Communicated easily and answered all questions we had. Check out was simple, no elaborate checklist. Boston was a great trip and a lovely town, thanks in part to this great little stay.I will book again when I return.

Great location, easy access to the city. Good communication from host. Only MINOR issue - the stairs getting up to the unit are very narrow and steep. So, if you have large heavy luggage, it is a bit difficult. Also, if you have any type of walking issues due to your feet or knees, it is slightly challenging. But overall, we were very happy with the unit and would come back again .

Great communication with good location and host very accommodating!.Stairs as expected- they are very narrow and steep with turns getting up to first floor and second so heads up for anyone with hip, knee, or climbing issues. Clean, quiet and everything we needed. Train station in next block very convenient. Only marked 4 stars as wished we had more pillows in each bedroom and shower upstairs very small.

Nice place to feel like you live in Boston. :)

The property was immaculate and the listing is accurate. Be sure to read about the narrow stairways. :) I parked my car in the Liverpool lot about .5 mile away. It worked really well since I left it there until we left Boston.It is close to restaurants and public transportation. It's a great location.
