The best hotel in Salem

The Hotel Salem provided a very comfortable stay. Our room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was spotless. I was also impressed by how quiet the room was which provided for a peaceful night's sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank You for everything!!!

The staff at the hotel were friendly, courteous, very helpful and professional. Basically, they all went, "above and beyond in regard to guest service. Very nice location, convenient to shopping and historic sites. The lack of close parking makes it really disappointing.

Great location and amenities. We had a blast and the extra bed for the kid was such a great addition. The only thing we didnt like was the lack of parking but we still made do and would stay here again.

Kaleigh greeted us with the kindest energy I've ever received at a hotel. She was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had the pleasure of talking to Zach in the morning and he was delightful. Everyone at the hotel was so nice. The hotel was funky, clean and SO centrally located! The beds were super comfortable and there was a fantastic amount of towels! Its my favorite Salem Hotel!
