The apts are great. Very convinient location. Good size. The only thing I would say is there are some basic things missing, like pot holders, mugs (only3), bath mat... But the apts are great
Best stay ever! Easy check in, huge space and safe. Location is great with easy access to all local areas. Felt like home while away from home. Management is responsive and there if you need anything. When in Boston we will not stay anywhere else.
At the last minute I was moved to a different property. I was not notified until after the 3pm check in time; despite being in contact with them throughout the day, they indicated no problems with my reservation. The place I stayed was nothing like the West End apartment; it seemed unfinished, had no laundry in unit, bare floors, and no central heating. It was a good location for a family that wanted to be near the harbor attractions, but that's not why I was in town.
Loved our stay at West End Corporate Lux! Nick was great to work with. He was prompt to meet us and to answer any questions during our stay.

Great Location! So convenient if youâre going to TD Garden. Star grocery store and bike rentals nearby. Easy walk to North End.

A very nice condo, well equipped with modern furnishings. Basket style coffee maker (BYO basket style filters, coffee available at grocery). It is just a very short walk to the North Station. (If you fly in you can actually take the âTâ and be a two minute walk to HUB50). It is a short walk to the North End Italian neighborhood. One of Bostonâs largest grocery stores is at the entry of the North Station Commuter/AMTRAK Train terminal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only flaw- No WI-FI.
24 hours prior to arrival we were sent check in instructions to the rental. However the address was different from what we had originally booked without any explanation initially. Only once we inquired about the change were we informed that our original unit sustained some water damage that same day. We explained that the original unit we had booked was where we had coordinated with friends to be in the same general location. The other unit we were offered was 2 miles away and less amenities. We only had a couple of hours to decide what our options were. With less than 24hours notice for the upcoming holiday weekend our options were fairly limited. We were offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. We decided to use the unit anyways. Upon arrival we found the unit to be decent. The ac unit in the living area made a loud knocking noise but thankfully it was cool enough we could open the windows and that made it very comfortable however the second bathroom the shower curtain was not hanging on the rod because there were no rings to attach it to the rod. It was draped over like a wet towel being dried. We contacted the rental agent immediately and was promised that it would be resolved the following day. It never was. We were given multitude of apologies but nothing was ever done. It has now been 7 days since rental check in and still have not received the refund we were offered.
We had a snafu with the first location but Tucker and Jacob quickly fixed the issue. The second location was cute, clean and in a great location. Jacob was quick to respond to any questions. Would book here again.
This was the most fabulous little 1-bedroom apartment right across the street from Quincy Market. I could walk everywhere; and Jacob meets you and checks you in, and then is available with any questions. He was GREAT.
I had to meet the office staff in the lobby and waited for over an hour. The apartment itself is as bland as it can get. Carpets were stained and dirty. Linens had not been replaced in quite sometime. Not worth the price. Also the internet did not work and the office staff could not figure it out so I spent 3 days without internet. :(
I liked that the apartment was bright, very clean and quiet with a small new kitchen with new appliances, plenty of pots, dishes, cutlery and implements. It was easy to communicate with the landlord. Beds, linens and bathrooms were good quality.
It needs more lighting options - no task lighting for working in the apartment and needs better area lighting in the living area. Some more rugs/floor covering would make the apartment more comfortable/cosy.
