I don’t know when the renovations started but it seems like there are almost done. I was on building C which is completely done. The place is FABULOUS!!! So modern! So clean! And for $118 a day can’t beat it. This is 5 star hotel for an unrealistic pricing. I hope the prices don’t go up after renos. are completed. This will be the hotel I will always go when I come down to Wpb.

They were remodeling the whole place so it was okay. Our room was not super clean floors were dirty. TV didn’t work. Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to tv. Kitchen was not stocked with utensils besides plates and bowls. Pool was nice. Staff was super friendly. We were only there to sleep and clean up so it wasn’t all that bad but worth the extra money to stay somewhere else if you want a nicer place. Close to beach and stores and restaurants. Overall 5/10.

My 2-night stay was overall good. The hotel was under major renovations and has the potential to be much nicer when renovations are completed in a few months. Housekeeping service was limited and outsourced so I was not able to get a new set of clean towels for my room upon request.

I enjoy my stay each time i visit, but each time i enter the room it smells so stuffy. Its a new room and that sement smell is potent and so difficult to digest at night. The rooms needs an air purifier or doors to be kept open. Aswell the small night flies not sure where it comes from. But these are areas that can inprove.
