Location was great, But dealing with Vacasa instead of an owner was horrible. There were only 2 coffee cups and a total of 6 coat hangers, and only 3 bath towels, when I asked for them they told me to go buy them myself, they would reimburse me, I did not want to go shopping and asked them to supply, took almost a week to receive them. There were pet urine stains all over carpet, the walls were dirty and had to clean ourselves , there was black mold in grout of bathroom tub. , the kitchen was very clean. There was no vacuum, they got one but it was about 10 days into stay to receive it, they did order us coffee mugs and had them ordered and delivered. No coat hangers tho. They eventually gave us more towels. When we used the vacuum the canister filled with Grey pet hair!, Sent them a pic of what was taken out of vacuum, They stated that it was from the dog we had with us. Yes we had dog but it was a standard poodle and they do not shed. (they did see the dog on quite a few occasions. ) The mold in bath tub was bad, I have pics of the contents of the vacuum and the mold. The cable went out so I sent text to Vacasa as I was instructed to do , and apparently no one reads them on the weekend. The water was off for 3-4 hours, All tenants had received an email about this turn off, but I do not think they communicate with Vacasa because we were not notified and when you have a stomach bug, it really would have helped to be prepared. Woke up to a huge amounts of lwater in carpet in the hallway, was coming from the AC. Used all our towels to soak up as best as possible . When I called to report and told them that we tried to dry up area but unable to do sufficiently , thinking they should be aware and bring a wet vac. That did not happen, they cleared the line and resolved the problem. The nice young lady on phone stated that she would send technician and towels. Was sweet of her to offer. But a couple hours later I sent a text wondering when they were bringing the towel so that we could leave property. Received text back asking what is the problem with the towels adn that she had given us more. Obviously they do not communicate with each other, even though the text went out to 3 people . I did not ask for more but was thoughtful of the 1 st contact person to offer so that we did not have to take all our towels to laundry. . They closet door in primary bedroom not working and multiple slats on vert blinds , OUT OF SPACE
