HORRIBLE experience at this place! The only positive was the check in clerk was nice, the rest of the stay was terrible! When we went to go to bed we noticed dirty sheets were on the bed ( see pics) called front desk and a front desk manager came down and snapped a picture then offered a new room or to change linens which we were already unpacked and settled in ready for bed so we chose to have her chang the bedding for us, she indicated she was going to adjust the bill for the disgusting find. The night front desk manager was very apologetic and also said she had only been there for a couple weeks and was going to bring this to another managers attention. We woke in the morning and discovered mouse feces by the refrigerator (see pic) reported this to a guy at front desk with long hair and he said manager wasn't in yet and he seemed uninterested in hearing anything and directed us to manager. We cut our stay at this place short by 2 days and checked out immediately. WE WAS CHARGED 139.00 FOR A DISGUSTING ROOM. The bill was not adjusted so we called back to talk to manager and she was argumentative and extremely rude and basically called me a liar. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE
The owner indicates the sheets were stained whichbis not true as the matress pad under was also soiled in same area and had to be changed, the owner indicates the mouse feces is broken plastic pieces shaped like mouse feces which is ridiculous!
