Definitely an older hotel that “showed its age” a bit. We liked that it was away from the crowded hustle and bustle of Branson yet a short drive to SDC. Some updates done so it didn’t fully have a ‘70s or ‘80s vibe. Since we were gone most of the two days we were in the area it served us well for resting in the evenings- good deal for no more than we were in the room. Staff was polite and helpfull. There is breakfast on site but selection of items is very limited. Would stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location to Silver Dollar City and nice breakfast, but the room was not clean and not well maintained. The sheets were stained and not clean, as were the desk chairs. The heat in the room could not be used, because upon turning it on, it smelled (like an unused furnace will) but this set off the room smoke alarm.

The floors definitely needed to be mopped if you walked barefooted you had to wash your feet before you got in bed. There was no coffee pot in the rooms, and no blow dryer. The rest of the room was clean and it was small but comfortable.

The location was very good. Close to Silver Dollar City and I liked they allow pets. The room was clean enough and safe. The mini fridge didnt work, there is no elevator and not outlets on both sides of the bed. It was fine for the price for busy Silver Dollar City nights.

We arrived earlier than check in and the owner said room was being cleaned, wonderful. We got the keys and headed to Silver Dollar City, arriving back to the hotel around 10pm. We never got a new key, because ours wouldn't work, the girl at night was so sweet but embarrassed. She had to pop the silver tab and use a real key. If we left we had to leave one person inside the room. The room was filthy, bathroom disgusting, jacuzzi tub had a purple ring. My daughter and I scrubbed the headboards, gunky handprints, the jacuzzi, the table with more pink stuff, stained chairs, barf. No bed bugs thank God. No other suite was offered or available. When I went downto speak to the owner in the morning, he lied and said it was being cleaned, I showed Jim pictures. Then I saw the head housekeeper. She said she told the owner not to give room out, the jacuzzi leaked on room downstairs, ooooppps. All the air conditioners left huge puddles in front of doors for a nice bath/ shower in the morning going to get coffee. If we were not so exhausted from SDC and being late at night, I would have demanded money back, but nothing else was available close by. The owner should be embarrassed by the condition and the health department needs to step it up.

The manager was a total butt head ! We were there fishing a bass tournament and made us change from electric cord running I. Our room to charge batteries on the boat so the second day of the tournament our batteries were all dead by 11:40 am and couldn’t finishing the tournament ! I feel he cost us winning money in the tournament! He argued with us about it and so I had to get very firm with him and he let me fix the problem! 2nd thing was left my sunglasses In the room and ask if they had been turned in no they said. I ask room service and she said she found them! So somebody I’m guessing manager took them! Nothing but a bunch of drugs being used and sold by people out of there rooms! Probably the worst motel I e ever stayed at!

Me and my family from Highlands Texas had a great experience. Real convenient to Silver Dollar City most importantly the breakfast was great just enough to put off that hunger. For your adventures in Branson Missouri I recommended to any family that is not looking to stay at the hotel all day but to put your head on that pillow and get to your adventures !

Everyone was really nice. However, the rooms were not clean. Sheets had stains on them. Floor was sticky. I went and bought stuff to clean the bathroom. I didn’t expect much because of the price, but did at least expect clean.
