We had no problem finding the property and it was as described. Having teenagers in our group, the first thing they did was hunt for the WiFi instructions. Unfortunately, the network described in the instructions did not exist, even if you typed it in manually. After several attempts, we gave up and the book and sign on the door said to call if you had any “issues.” I called three times, left a message with their answering service, all three times was promised someone would return our call. Three days later, and we are now back home, and STILL no one has returned my phone call. Seriously? I’m just thankful we didn’t have a real emergency like no heat or water because clearly Sunshine Rentals doesn’t respond to calls from people who pay to stay in their rentals. If someone had responded this would be an ideal VRBO for a small family in Branson.
