Winter “Bearadise”

This property was more than perfect for our group stay. The view of the mountains and Breckenridge never got old. The heated floors, expansive kitchen, hot tub, game room, I could go on. A perfect ski get away. The River Ridge crew were also very communicative and helpful when needed. 5 star stay.

Three generations of our family spent 6 fabulous days at Bearadise Forest Hills. It was the perfect location to enjoy beautiful Breckenridge and the surrounding area, and this spacious home provided a relaxing and fun retreat after our busy days enjoying the outdoors. We made wonderful memories!

Breathtaking Views!

Our family of 9 (including adult kids and grandkids) stayed in July 2024. Bearadise was absolutely wonderful! It is exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. The views were breathtaking! We had plenty of space to all be together, and also space to go our own way. The kitchen island is massive and perfect for family meals/gatherings. I would struggle to say anything negative; my only suggestion would be to upgrade the bedding(sheets) and linens (towels). They were perfectly fine, but given the luxury accommodations everywhere else, they seemed out of place. I would highly recommend this property and also the management company (River Ridge Rentals) as they were easy to work with and checked in to make sure we were not in need of anything. Five stars!!'

Family Mountain Escape

This property was great for our large family. It’s in the perfect location to have quiet beautiful mountain views but still be very close to town. Everything about the listing was accurate and we would absolutely stay in this home again.

Beautiful stay

I’ve been on a few “cabin trips” in my time and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed at in a while. It wasn’t hard to get to the place from Denver (about an hr and 45 mins away) Everything was beautiful from the views down to the rooms. It was more than enough space for my group (4 couples). I feel that the pictures listed online doesn’t do the house justice, we were all pleased with the aesthetics. We ended up having a problem with the microwave, I called the host and they were very attentive on ways I can fix it. I’m glad we decided to go with this place and I would definitely stay here all over again.

Amazing Shoulder Season Rental!

Booked the house for a girls trip. Spacious layout, unbelievable views and easy access to town. We enjoyed lots of time on the deck. Highly recommend for family / friend groups traveling to Breck!

INCREDIBLE! No brainer!

Absolutely stunning. One of the most gorgeous properties I have ever stayed at. The house has everything and it all brand has a brand new feel to it. The listing almost does not do it justice. Would stay there every time I visit if available.

Impeccable view!

The house was better than seen in the photos. It was well laid out with views of the mountain from all rooms. We were here for a work getaway with my sales team. Beautiful place, clean and only 5 minutes from downtown Breck. The heated floors, game room and hot tub on the deck were a big plus! Great stay.

Not at all worth the money

Had very high expectations for our week long family vacation. To say our stay was underwhelming for the price we had to pay would be an understatement. When we arrived the temperature inside was almost 80 degrees, keep in mind there is also no A/C in this house which even though it is located in Colorado, should be an amenity in a multi-million dollar house. We were told the only thing that could be done was to open windows and wait. The first night, a carbon dioxide alarm went off somewhere in the house and kept everyone up. There were bathroom doors that would not close and stay shut. The only bathroom on the main level would not stay closed so anyone who had to go to the bathroom had to go upstairs or downstairs which was a major inconvenience. The bathroom in the upstairs bedroom where our son and daughter were sleeping would not close so neither one could use the bathroom while the other was in the room, another major inconvenience. The hot tub was nice but the lights did not work and the waterfall jets did not work which was a major disappointment for the kids. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. The beds in every bedroom were extremely uncomfortable and felt like the the cheapest mattresses anyone in the party had ever slept on. The couches in the both sitting areas looked and felt like they were from Big Lots and had so much static on them you were constantly being shocked every time you moved around. There were multiple stains on the carpets and enough dust on the bedside tables and dressers to be noticed visually. There were two sitting areas, one with a small L shaped couch and one with a larger couch and love seat. The TV was setup in the smaller sitting area so with our party of 9 we could not even fit everyone in the same area to watch a movie or ball game, this was totally unaccommodating. The house has great potential because of the location and design/style but needs a whole lot of attention to detail to make anywhere close to being worth the price paid

House was great, met all expectations. If you do have a large group of just adults, know that the bunk beds are all located in one room. So you might have 5-6 adults sleeping in one room. Other than that, house is close to liquor store and 7-11. Uber took 5-8 minutes to get downtown.

Great property. Clean spaces. Great views. Though we were there for the views, the experience and the fun, a few more tv's wouldn't hurt in the house. To accommodate two couples a bit better, the furniture in the upstairs bedrooms could be flip flopped. One bedroom has a conjoining bathroom which really needs the queen bed in it. Other than that, great stay!
