Host was very accommodating, condo was more than enough room for a family of four. Could have fit 2-3 more comfortably. Very convenient location to town and the gondola to ski peaks was as described, 3-5 minute walk, perfect for ski home at days end. Only hiccup was our ski locker was locked so we had no access to leave our skis in the locker room, but the host accommodated in other ways.

4 stars because beds aren't that comfortable, couch sits 4 people very tightly (should have a club chair to give people more room to spread out while watching a movie), lighting in bedrooms, and inflexibility about moving checkout 1 hour later to 11 am, or even 10:30am. I understand that you had people checking in that evening but with check-in at 4pm, I would have expected some flexibility on your part. The location was amazing; unfortunately the snow did not cooperate (Lower 4 O'Clock and the Gondola ski back were closed until the last day of our stay). So for the first part of the trip we needed to take the gondola back at the end of the day. Unit itself is well equipped, though better lighting in the bedrooms would be nice (the rooms felt dark). Beds and decor were adequate, but don't feel high quality. Indoor parking, fitness room, and other amenities were great to have.

Great location in town, walkable to gondola, main street, hiking trails. Pool and hot tub right out the back door. Second bedroom a little tight for 3 teenagers, but was manageable for our short stay. Highly recommend.

Nice Place, but tight

The unit was nice, but wish the ski lockers were all in building 1, as the walk back and forth could be a little daunting. The shuttle service was great, and made getting to the mountain easy. The second bedroom was CRAMPED!!! It was difficult to move around in the room and we only had 2 staying in it. Need to come up with better sleeping arrangements in that space, as what is there, doesn’t really work. Overall, we had a nice stay and the location was great.

Overall the condo was great! Comfy beds, spacious, clean and great location. My only warning is the internet was not great for zoom meetings at work. Fine for email though. We will be back!

Summer Girls Trip

Visited Breckenridge with a couple of friends. This location was perfect for walking to the Main Street to grab coffee, shop or find a spot to eat. Beautiful clean pool and hot tubs. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Another Fantastic Ski Experience

This is the second time we've stayed in this unit and it certainly did not disappoint! The unit itself is perfect for our family of 5, with all the amenities and high-end finishes that provide a home-like feel. The kitchen is well-appointed, the family room and eating area are inviting and cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the two full baths are a great bonus. The check-in process was seamless and the communication from the staff was outstanding. The location is one of the best parts - so easy to walk into town to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. The ski experience is just as convenient. 5 minute walk to the free gondola, ski back to the unit. We've stayed on the mountain, which is great for ski in/ski out but then we had to find a way into town for the complete Breck experience. This unit's location is better. We'll be back!

Spring Break

As a family of 4 with 2 children ages 9 and 12, we found this specific condo amazing! The bunk beds were a huge win for my kids and the collection of board games had my son obsessed and wanting to play all the time!! The staff communicated so well too and were friendly!! Great price for location

Ski out is a short walk under the road to the Gondola. Ski in is 100 feet from the unit. Room was updated, clean, and spacious. We would stay in this unit again.
