Communication with property managers could have been more responsive. I needed to reach out several times to arrange for a space preview before occupancy. I understand it was an unusual request, however, for the money spent, I didn't expect to have to chase people down as much as I did.
The property, no doubt, was lovely. :)
The living room (seating area) was a bit smaller than the photos portray, but we managed to squeeze into it without complaints.
Two clear areas for improvement:
1) Our chef had significant issues with controlling the temperature of the oven. He was quite upset about it. I recommend you have it serviced or replaced.
2) The coffee machine/grinder was a mess. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time, and was not operable. Disappointing. My team expected to be well caffeinated and we had to rely on the backup drip filter machine which was below expectations.
Other than that, overall high marks for the facility. Our objectives for holding our annual summit were met and everyone left the three days of meetings feeling positive.
