Stayed here over the Easter weekend and from the moment you walk through the door it feels like home. Oyster cottage is beautifully presented throughout. To the right is the lounge there are two large sofas, log burning stove with plenty of logs for those chilly nights, tv and games. On the left is a well equipped kitchen (we had everything we needed to cook a roast dinner). There is a large cooker, coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, dining area etc. up a couple of stairs to a utility room with washer and dryer, loo and sink. Then out into a lovely secure garden. Upstairs are two decent size double bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms have a sea view.
The location is amazing too. There is a friendly pub across the road but don’t worry there is no noise at night from it. If you walk around the pub you’re on the coast where you will find some lovely walks.
I didn’t want to write a review because I would like to keep this secret so we get the opportunity to go back but that wouldn’t be fair. If you’re thinking of booking or have already booked your in for a treat.
One last thing, the communication from the owner Sue was brilliant. Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely be back.
