Perfect stay

Fabulous hotel. Staff are super friendly. Use of the lounge has been a treat and the room is spacious with epic views from the 10th floor. Won’t hesitate to return here.

I purchased executive suite and when i arrived the assistance gave us a slip of paper with extras i didnt know were including e.g executive lounge with unlimited beers wines, munchies and to top it off free breakfast for 2. My gf was very happy.

Amazing stay

Stay was amazing. Planned a night away for valentine's day close to a beautiful Italian restaurant, didn't know we had breakfast and other things included in the stay and was pleased and surprised when checking in. Beautiful view of city of Bristol and lovely hotel and staff too.... Will definitely be visiting again

Perfect one-night stopover

Very impressed. Excellent room with everything needed, plus a very good bar with choice of food options from light bites to full meal. Perfectly situated for our evening function close by. Would definitely come again!

Very good hotel which we enjoyed due to its close proximity to coffee shops and Harvey Nics. Suggest a slightly heavier duvet for the bedroom as we were slightly cool and a bottle of water for the room.
