Bed was uncomfortable, due to the bed being made of a twin into a double, the mattress was for twin beds and not a double, leaving a gap down the middle, very uncomfortable bed, on a positive breakfast was very good

Absolutely worth every penny!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Easy and smooth check in process, lift up to our level and then we where greeted by a nice clean room with comfy beds and the nicest pillows ever!

Overall we had a fabulous stay. Lovely, Lovely room. Almost an apartment. Breakfast was brilliant. Continental and full English. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Top marks for all of this. The only thing we would like to mention,,, we were cold. Despite putting the heating on. No extra blanket anywhere. We put the towels over the duvet and slept soundly after that. A wonderful place to stay and will definitely be back. Thankyou. X

The room stank of a toilet and the sink didn't drain and the tv didn't work! We were offered a different room and did move on the second night, but the smell was much the same and the bed was a mattress topper on top of a black base - not a great night's sleep.
