Overall it was fine, but there were some issues
The cabin is pretty and the inside/patio pictures are accurate, not the outside. It's in a rental cabin neighborhood and there are at least 4 other cabins close by, and it's near a somewhat busier road. Sitting in the hot tub was great, but we had to close curtains to avoid a cabin on one side, and then had the road with car lights and noise on the other. The unit appeared clean, but not thoroughly upon closer inspection. Seeing used towels still hanging up, strands of hair on "clean" towels and in the sink/shower, cobwebs, a very dusty ceiling fan, etc, it made me wonder what else hadn't been cleaned. So we cleaned the unit before we unpacked since it was too late in the day to wait for a cleaning crew. The host was apologetic and refunded our cleaning fee. The bed frame was broken when we arrived, so we called the host for maintenance and they fixed it. The mattress is sloped from years of use (when lying on your back, you lean at a 30 degree angle). There is also no closet or hanging space and both dressers are full of kid games (not adult ones) and spare linens, so there really isn't storage. There's no pantry or cabinet space to store food in the kitchen. On the plus side, the hot tub is relaxing and it was nice to have a Christmas tree up and a gas fireplace in the living room when we arrived, and the dishes and cookware and upgraded. Overall we were fine with the unit, but there are definitely things they could improve on that would make us want to stay again.

Such a lovely cabin on Christmas!
We walked in to see a beautifully lit Christmas tree and Christmas music playing. It was such a nice surprise! The cabin was simply adorable. It was clean, comfy, and had the perfect amount of amenities. We loved the gas fireplace, it added such a nice ambiance to the room. The hot tub was very relaxing, the bed was soft and comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We even managed to see a couple of deer on one of our walks. The cabin is located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, which was very convenient. We definitely recommend La ROCA and would 100% stay here again!

Property was clean and nice. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The gravel road getting to the property was rough. Good thing we had my husbands truck with 4 wheel drive. Also hard to find cabin in the dark.

Couples Retreat!
Very clean property, exactly as described, and the outdoor space with the hot tub, fireplace, couch, and tables is absolutely amazing! We spent every evening out there. It is also in walking distance to a small shopping center area that has a coffee/ice cream shop, winery, brewery/restaurant, Asian take out restaurant, and the distillery. Also a short drive to anything else you would need in Hochatown or Broken Bow. My husband and I were celebrating my 50th birthday and we had a great time, we would definitely recommend this cabin and we would stay there again!

The place was just as good if not better than the pictures. Went for a short stay with my girlfriend. Lots of privacy, GREAT outdoor living space, and everything inside was as advertised. Close to lots of stuff to do. Will be coming back for sure.

Family Trip
We found this gem after having to cancel our trip to the Texas coast last minute due to the hurricane. After arriving , we were very excited about the change. The location was perfect for our daily trips to Beavers Bend State Park. The patio was our favorite spot at the cabin. After hiking we enjoyed having a drink while relaxing in the hot tub and then grilling a nice dinner to enjoy at the out door dining set. We found the patio a perfect place to play board games when it rains as well. One evening we even saw deer in the woods behind the cabin. Such a nice and relaxing place.

We booked the cabin for 5 nights. The cabin was easy to find and in a great location. The cabin was very clean and inviting, very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the outdoor space was very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Very quaint cabin
We really enjoyed our stay, very quiet and private. One suggestion to others is to bring extra paper towels and definitely spices if you plan to cook and stay in. Overall we loved this place and would definitely return if possible.
